Console has been refurbished professionally. Unit had a bad PLA. Heatsinks were added with thermal grease. All electrolytics have been replaced with high grade Nichion or Panasonic capacitors. New thermal grease was added to the VIC. Has the original SID chip. All IC chips have been desoldered and sockets were added to allow easy removal and troubleshooting. All solder connections have been redone. Unit has been stored in non-smoking / pet-free home. Comes with console only. Console has a BROKEN KEY on the KEYBOARD. Please see pictures for complete description. Great console for troubleshooting and testing other C64 consoles and chips.
