Comes with power supply and av hook up. And extra cords. Comes with and jumper paks Both consoles power on and play a game. Both consoles came out of storage. I have cleaned the units some but need to be deep cleaned and fully disassembled and cleaned that way. All components at 1 point or currently have a slight dirty smell to them. I was able to remove it from some pieces. I believe with a full disassembly the smell can be eradicated. Rusting on interior Controllers have loose joy sticks. Everything seems to work on them though (2 of the 3). 1 controller is not working (1 of the gray controllers)
