There are cracks on the faceplate. The system has been tested and is in working order. The charger is a third-party replacement charger. It is not the one originally provided with the system. No games are included. In a recent battery test, the Game Boy Micro was left on and idle, just playing a game's background music, and it ran for around 6 hours. However, that time will probably be lessened when using it for actual gameplay.
