The system does work, but the hdmi is finicky. I took it apart to clean it and replace the hdmi port. I also swapped the factory thermal pad for much better thermal paste for the APU. After replacing the hdmi port, the video connection was more stable, but still, if you wiggle the hdmi cord or tap it, the video will cut out briefly.
